Appmontize utilizes **AstraVision**, a proprietary Computer Vision (CV) model. Unlike traditional tracking, our AI processes the environment of the user rather than their identity:

• Contextual Scanning Our models detect objects, logos, and emotions within images on publisher sites to trigger "In-image" ads.
• Non-PII Infrastructure We do not use facial recognition. We detect sentiments (e.g., "outdoor adventure") to ensure brand alignment without identifying the individual user.

To deliver "Real-time Insights," we collect the following technical telemetry:

Appmontize is built for a privacy-first world. We prioritize Contextual Intelligence over cross-site cookie tracking. Where cookies are used, they are strictly for:

• Frequency Capping: Ensuring a user doesn't see the same ad too many times.
• Attribution: Confirming if a click led to a "Customer Connect" for our advertisers.
• Bot Detection: Identifying non-human patterns to maintain our "2 lakhs+ Daily Unique Clicks" integrity.

We host our data on secure, high-performance VPS environments. Performance logs are retained for **13 months** to allow for year-on-year "Descriptive Analysis," after which they are aggregated or purged. No raw PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is ever sold to third-party data brokers.

In alignment with India's **DPDP Act** and global standards, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data. Since we do not store "User Profiles," most requests will involve technical identifiers like IP addresses or Device IDs.
