Contractual Framework
Terms of Service
Version 2.1 | Effective: February 2026
The Ecosystem & Services
Appmontize operates a proprietary advertising network utilizing **AstraVision AI** for contextual analysis. By accessing our "Clarity Dashboards," API endpoints, or ad-tags, you enter a legally binding agreement. Our services include Real-time Bidding (RTB) optimization, In-image ad injection, and Performance Marketing analytics.
Publisher Quality Standards
To maintain our "A+ Visibility" score, all Publishers must comply with the following technical and ethical requirements:
- ● Inventory Integrity: Ads must not be placed on sites containing illegal, hateful, or adult-only content.
- ● Ad Density: No more than 3 Appmontize units per page view to ensure "Zero Clutter" UX.
- ● Viewability: Placement must maintain a minimum 50% viewability score as measured by our internal tracking.
Fraud Prevention & IVT
We employ "Emotion + Logo Detection" to verify human engagement. Appmontize reserves the right to withhold payments if Invalid Traffic (IVT) exceeds 5% of total monthly impressions. Prohibited activities include:
Financial Terms & Payments
- Cycle: Net-30 or Net-60 basis, depending on specific advertiser contracts.
- Minimum Threshold: Payments are processed once the dashboard balance exceeds $50 (USD).
- Discrepancies: Billing is based solely on Appmontize dashboard metrics. Partners have 7 days post-invoice to dispute data.
Proprietary AI Rights
Our AstraVision models are "Served Hot Under One Roof." You may not reverse engineer our scripts, scrape our ad-intelligence data, or use our "Emotion Detection" signals to build a competing database. All "A-Grade" performance insights are for your internal use only.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 48 hours' notice. Appmontize reserves the right to suspend any account immediately if "Brand Safety" scores fall below our threshold or if fraudulent signals are detected.
Growth requires trust.
By integrating our code, you agree to these terms. If you have questions about our "Predictable Performance" metrics, let's talk.
